HIGH TECH CNC GRINDING
We have state-of-the-art CNC Sharpeners and Grinding Machines, for concentric grinding with a Run Out of 0.002 µm, with software to design complex tools, using profile to manufacture and sharpen a wide variety of tools such as Drill Bits, Shape Cutters and Rotary Reamers with a minimum diameter of Ø 2.5 mm and a maximum of Ø50 mm.

Ability to achieve a surface finish better than 0.2/Ra with an eccentricity less than 2 microns, has four axes for ground shape tools (preform), has a large work area and powerful grinding spindles to achieve maximum precision.

Offering automation and the versatility of more options to address the need to increase productivity, with the option of an automatic head clamping it can provide unmanned operation and the flexibility to handle small volumes and mixed batches of tools.
